Our tenant survey will start soon

Every year, Heka surveys its residents’ satisfaction with its housing services and resident activities through a tenant survey. We use the results to develop our operations.

141 new Heka apartments to be completed in Käpylä – application period starting on 18 July

October will see the completion of a new Heka location, Koskelantie 66, in Käpylä. The application period for the location’s apartments starts on 18 July 2023.

Can you recognise an online scam? Scam messages can be very devious

The numbers of different scam and phishing messages going around are constantly increasing. Many scam messages are sent in the name of a public authority, a bank or the Finnish postal service Posti, for example.
