Heka continues with moderate rent adjustments – 1.8% increase in the average rent proposed for 2027
A 1.8% increase in the average rent for regular apartments owned by Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy (Heka) is proposed for 2027. Resident committees have received budget-based rent proposals for commenting, and the Board of Heka will confirm the final rents in the autumn.
