Hundreds of rental apartments are completed for Heka each year. You can apply for an apartment with an application to the City of Helsinki . The city selects residents based on housing needs, urgency and search criteria. Heka residents applying for a switch of apartments also submit their applications to the city.

Heka does not process housing applications. Heka’s customer service will not advise on applying for housing and cannot influence the processing of housing applications. If you need help filling out an apartment application, please contact the Rental apartment search advisory service. 

New buildings that are completed in 2027

  • Paletinkierto 7, Kuninkaantammi: 68 apartments. Estimated completion time is 31 May 2027.
  • Maunulantie 20, Maunula, seniorikohde: 55 apartments. Estimated completion time is 28 August 2027.
  • Tihtaalinkatu 4, Kalasatama: 56 apartments. Estimated completion time is 31 August 2027.
  • Koirasaarentie 24, Laajasalo: 44 apartments. Estimated completion time is 30 September 2027.
  • Koirasaarentie 10, Laajasalo: 65 apartments. Estimated completion time is 29 October 2027.
  • Paletinkierto 11, Kuninkaantammi: 78 apartments. Estimated completion time is 31 October 2027.
  • Kiribatinkatu 1, Jätkäsaari: 128 apartments. Estimated completion time is 31 October 2027.
  • Vuosaarentie 3, Vuosaari: 182 apartments. Estimated completion time is 26 November 2027.

Applications for apartments in new buildings completed in 2027 will be announced at a later date.

All new Heka location are smoke-free: smoking is prohibited inside the apartments, on the balconies and terraces and in the yards.
