There are exceptions to the opening hours of Heka’s telephone service in November.

  • The telephone service will be open on Wednesday 8 November from 9 to 12.
  • The telephone service will be open on Thursday 9 November from 9 to 12
  • The telephone service will be open on Wednesday 15 November from 9 to 12.
  • The telephone service will be open on Thursday 16 November from 9 to 12.

When the customer service is closed, urgent defect notifications are called to the on-call service number 09 5767 3100 .

Normally our customer service point at Viipurinkatu 2 is open by appointment from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 15.00. On Tuesdays, we also serve our customers without an appointment from 9.00 to 15.00. Our phone service is open from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 12.00 in number 09 5767 3000 .
