• On the Resident Portal, you can handle all housing-related contacts regardless of the time of day.
• Our customer service will help you by phone with all housing-related situations on weekdays. The phone service operates on Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 midday, at the number 09 5767 3000.
• The call rate is your mobile operator’s mobile fee or local call fee when calling from a landline network. Calls are recorded.

Heka’s switchboard is open on weekdays from 8.00 to 16.00 at +358 9 5767 4004. 

We only accept e-invoices.  

The invoices must always meet the requirements of the Value Added Tax Act on invoice entries. As a buyer, Helsinki City Housing Company is not subject to the reverse charge of value added tax (section 8 C of the Value Added Tax Act). 

The invoice must mention the customer’s first and last name, delivery address, cost centre number and other references indicated by the customer, separated by a hyphen (e.g. project number, construction site key information) in accordance with the following model: 

• Customer John Smith 
• Delivery address Hekankatu 13 A 5 
• Customer reference 1013 – 101391 – TA-FI101391. 

Incomplete invoices can be returned to the supplier. If the original invoice is incorrect, the supplier must send a credit note for it. The credit note must indicate the debit note number and the same reference information as the debit note. 

Heka’s general term of payment is 21 days net. We cannot guarantee that invoices delivered with a term of payment of less than 21 days will be paid by the due date. 

Only purchase invoices and their attachments may be sent to the invoicing address.
