Request for verification of personal data

You can use this form to request any personal data concerning you from Heka. Your right of verification is based on Article 15 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation according to which you, as a data subject, have the right to inspect any stored data about you. Once you have signed the form, we will identify you on Heka’s electronic signing service in order to verify your identity. The link will be sent to you by email. We strive to deliver the data you have requested to your email within 30 days of your identification.
