This winter reminder gives you advice on how to keep the yard and other outdoor areas of your home functional and safe in winter, and how to regulate the temperature in your home. Heka's property maintenance operatives do the snow work in the yard and take care of gritting, but residents also have their own responsibilities.
The general rise of costs is putting Heka under pressure to increase its rents next year. As a result of the increase in loan interest expenses and other costs, Heka’s 2024 rent increases will be significantly higher than up until now. It is likely that Heka is going to have to increase its rents by more than 10 per cent.
In May, we informed our residents that, as a result of the considerable increase in costs, the rent increases for 2024 will be significantly higher than up until now. The draft budget for next year has now been completed and the future rent level pursuant to it is known.
Fifty-three new Heka apartments will be completed in Tapanila in November. Smoltinkaari 6 has studio apartments as well as two-room, three-room and four-room homes.
October will see the completion of a new Heka location, Koskelantie 66, in Käpylä. The application period for the location’s apartments starts on 18 July 2023.
