Heka regional offices closing on 1 September 2023 – Centralised customer service provided at Viipurinkatu 2
From 1 September 2023 onwards, Heka’s customer service operations will be carried out under one roof in Alppila, at the address Viipurinkatu 2. In the future, customers can contact Heka, including our property managers, via our joint customer service.
The regional property management division and the appointed property manager of some buildings will change with the overhaul. Maintenance and cleaning services will remain unchanged.
Due to the relocation and introduction of a new telephone system, the Heka telephone service will be closed on 4–6 September. While our customer service is closed on 4–6 September, our Resident Portal will be open as usual, but there may be delays in the processing of messages. We apologise for the service disruption and kindly ask for your patience.
On 4–6 September, any urgent defect notifications can be submitted to our emergency service number, which will forward them to our maintenance department.
The first customer appointments will take place on Viipurinkatu on 11 September. For customers without an appointment, the first service day will be Tuesday 12 September. Going forward, our customer service will be open without appointment on Tuesdays at 9.00–15.00.

Customer service by phone 09 5767 3000 (in use from 7 September 2023 onwards)
- On weekdays from 9.00 to 12.00: urgent defect notifications, matters related to rental payments and agreements, other customer advice.
- Our telephone service will be closed entirely on 4–6 September 2023.

- Door opening service and urgent defect notifications outside normal customer service hours.

- Service available without appointment on Tuesdays at 9.00–15.00.

As of 30 August, keys will no longer be retrieved from or returned to Heka customer service points
From 30 August onwards, all keys will be handed over at and returned to a BLC Turva Oy office. The office is located at Mäkelänkatu 2 (entry from the Vääksyntie and Teollisuuskatu intersection). At first, keys can only be returned during the opening hours of the service point. The opening hours and contact details can be found on the BLC Turva website (in Finnish).
However, customer advice related to keys will be provided by Heka’s customer service, which tenants must always contact before visiting the BLC Turva service point.
