Heka will gradually harmonise its leases between over the coming years. For the electronic signature, we need the current email address and phone number of each main tenant of the apartment.

Next, the renewal of lease agreements will continue in Siilitie. The lease agreements for residents at Siilitie 1, 5, 7 and 9 will be renewed first. Letters to the tenants of these locations will be sent by post in March 2026.
