Our e-service portal is now OmaHeka Resident Portal. You can use the OmaHeka e-services conveniently at any time, on any day of the week, without having to stand in line. Our video tutorials provide instructions on how to use the OmaHeka Resident Portal.

Resident committees received the budget proposals for next year’s rents for a round of comments this week. Heka’s board will confirm the rents in October.

Rent payment advice customer service at Heka’s customer service point in Alppila will only be available by appointment starting from 2 June 2025.
Apartments in two new Heka locations will be completed in late August. Applications for the apartments in Smoltinkaari 1 can be submitted starting from 3 June. The application period for the apartments in Saariseläntie 1 that will be completed during the first phase will start on 10 June.
The housing location at the address Käskynhaltijantie 38 will have 96 new homes ready in June, ranging from studios to four-bedroom family apartments. The application period for the apartments starts on Tuesday 1 April. You can apply for the apartments by submitting an application to the City of Helsinki.
