Description of the location
Heka's location at Rahakamarinkatu 1 offers comfortable and peaceful living in Länsi-Pasila. The two buildings in the courtyard have 4 to 7 floors and five staircases, three of which (B, C and D) have lifts to make everyday life easier. Built in 1986, the building is undergoing a major renovation that will be completed in spring 2026. Once the renovation is complete, the apartments will be as good as new. The apartments are light and have practical floor plans. The apartments have low-maintenance vinyl plank floors and the bathrooms have ceramic tiles. The well-equipped kitchens have a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction cooker, oven and plenty of storage space. There are also spaces and connectors reserved for microwave ovens. The bedrooms have plenty of storage space for everyday items. Each apartment has its own balcony or apartment yard, making it easy to relax.
Community spirit and ease of everyday life are supported by a club room, a free laundry room with drying rooms, two shared saunas, a bicycle washing area and various storage facilities. A pleasant courtyard area with a playground borders a sheltered park area.
Länsi-Pasila is an urban and diverse residential area, where nature and extensive services are close by. The area is well connected and offers excellent opportunities for sports and leisure. Länsi-Pasila offers a wide range of local services. Basic everyday needs and even larger purchases can be taken care of in the Mall of Tripla, about half a kilometre away. The area is also ideal for families with children. Pasila Comprehensive School is about 400 metres from Rahakamarinkatu, and there are several daycare centres in the area.
