Mäenlaskijantie 4, located in a peaceful 1960s suburb in Länsi-Herttoniemi, was renovated comprehensively in the spring of 2025. The location offers well-functioning rental housing in an area rich in tradition with excellent metro and bus connections. The extensive Viikki outdoor recreation areas are nearby in addition to plenty of children’s playgrounds. The comprehensive services in the area are focused around the Herttoniemi metro station and the shopping centre Hertsi.

The location has 151 bright, light-coloured apartments ranging from studio apartments of 30 square metres to two-bedroom apartments of more than 80 square metres. All apartments have glazed balconies.
