Description of the location

The location is renovated in stages. The renovation of the houses on Jakomäentie was completed in autumn 2023. The renovation of Louhikkotie 20A will be completed in summer 2026. The renovation of Louhikkotie 20B and 20C will be completed in autumn 2027.

In the renovation project, all of the apartments will be renovated to new standards. At the same time, the facades, yard areas and the residents’ shared facilities will be renovated, and the building services, energy efficiency and accessibility of the buildings will be improved.

The apartments on Louhikkotie will have a light overall appearance after the renovation. The apartments have low-maintenance vinyl plank floors. The kitchens are equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction cooker, oven, plenty of storage space and space for a dishwasher and a microwave oven. All apartments have a glazed balcony.

In Jakomäki, you can enjoy urban nature in the Kivikko sports park, for example. The area offers comprehensive services. Social and health care services, a swimming hall, a shopping centre, a comprehensive school and daycare centres are all located nearby.

Heka’s renovated apartments at Louhikkotie 20A in Jakomäki will be completed in June 2026. The estimated completion date for the first phase of apartments is June 30, 2026.
