How to recognise text messages from Heka 

You can now trust the authenticity of text messages from Heka with even more confidence, as in future we will only use secure SMS Sender IDs.

We send text messages from Heka to our tenants in the event of acute disruptions such as water cuts and to inform them about accumulated rent debt, for example. 

SMS Sender IDs of Heka text messages: 

  • We send text messages under the name OmaHeka from the number 19100340 
  • We send text messages under the name HekaKodit from the number 19100341.  

Other things to note about our text messages: 

  • Our text messages do not include links.  
  • You cannot reply to our text messages.  
  • Heka will never send you payment details or the amount of unpaid rent by text message. 
  • Our text messages do not contain any personal data.   

However, messages sent by an individual employee to a single recipient will continue to come from the sender’s own mobile number.

If we need to contact you by text message, we will send the message to the phone number in your tenant records. You can check and, if necessary, update your contact details on the OmaHeka Resident Portal
