Our customer service and switchboard will close on Thursday 23.10. at 11:00. When the customer service is closed, urgent defect notifications should be called to the on-call service number 09 5767 3100. You can take care of most of the housing-related matters on the Resident Portal. The service is available to you around the clock every day of the year.

Our tenant survey will start soon

Every year, Heka surveys its residents’ satisfaction with its housing services and resident activities through a tenant survey. We use the results to develop our operations.

We will email a random selection of 20,000 of our residents on 15 September 2025 with an invitation to respond to the survey and instructions on how to do so. The survey can be answered by anyone registered in the dwelling in question, or by all of them together. The survey is open until 28 September 2025.

The invitation to respond to the survey will be sent from the email address asukaskyselyt@hekaoy.fi.

The survey is carried out by the independent research company Vitec Roidu Oy.

We will publish the results of the survey on our website as soon as they are available.
