New name, familiar services
Our e-service has been available to Heka residents for several years now, under the name Heka Resident Portal. In the future, the service will be called OmaHeka Resident Portal to make it easier for our residents to find it.
Changing the name of the service does not require any action on your part. If you have already registered for Heka’s resident portal, you can continue to log in to OmaHeka Resident Portal with the same username and password. The layout and content of the service will remain unchanged.
You can use the OmaHeka Resident Portal in Finnish, Swedish or English.
Alongside the OmaHeka Resident Portal, our customer service will continue to be available by phone and at our customer service point on Viipurinkatu. The majority of residents are familiar with e-services in other contexts, and the OmaHeka Resident Portal is the most convenient way of managing many housing-related matters.
“Using the OmaHeka Resident Portal is safe as well as faster and more convenient than e.g. visiting the customer services. You can run your errands when it suits you best. I recommend using the OmaHeka Resident Portal if using the internet and doing things online is familiar to you,” says Noora Palkeinen, Customer Service Unit Manager.
