Rent payment advice customer service at Heka’s customer service point in Alppila will only be available by appointment starting from 2 June 2025.

The aim of the change is to improve customer service quality and shorten the waiting times for on-site customer service.

Reserve an appointment in advance in the appointments calendar.

Contact us well in advance if you have trouble paying rent

For Heka apartments, the due date for rent is always the 4th of each month. If you have trouble paying rent, contact Heka well in advance to resolve the situation.

As the main tenant, you can see the information on your rent and other fees as well as any rental or other debt you may owe Heka in the ‘My economy’ section of the Resident Portal. You can also see the previous payments you have made to Heka as well as any separate invoices that you need to pay. In the ‘Messages’ section of the Resident Portal, you can contact us about matters related to paying rent.
