OmaHeka Resident Portal
You can handle most matters via the OmaHeka Resident Portal, whenever it suits you. Via the OmaHeka Resident Portal, you can e.g.
- check your rental payment information and status
- contact our customer service
- submit a non-urgent defect notification
- manage parking and sauna reservations
- submit service requests related to tenant or contract changes.

- Mondays 9:00–11:00
- Tuesdays 9:00–11:00
- Wednesdays 9:00–11:00
- Thursdays 9:00–11:00.
Our service advisor will connect your call to property management, cleaning, maintenance or debt collection, if necessary. Our aim is to ensure that customers are able to get their matters sorted in one phone call, with no call-backs.
