Looking for exchange 3h Apartment to 4h, Maunula

Hi,

I would like to exchange our 3h+d apartment with 4h one. Preferable around Maunula, Palohena and Olunkyla.
This apartment is on 3rd floor with an elevator. Has no balcony. Electricity and water bill come on top of the rent.
Calm and quiet residential area with playgrounds, Maunulan talo, library, supermarket, bus and tram (15) all are within walking distance.
Happy to exchange with more space 4h apartment in the same neighborhood.
