You can terminate your lease agreement via the link below. You will be redirected to do strong authentication using your online banking credentials or Mobile ID.
If several persons have signed the lease agreement and you want the lease for the entire dwelling to end, each person must personally terminate the agreement.
If you terminate the lease for the entire dwelling, all other related agreements (such as a parking space or sauna booking) will also end. If you terminate the lease for the entire dwelling, all residents of the dwelling will be given a move-out date.
If you are only terminating your part of the lease and also want to terminate another agreement (such as a parking space or sauna booking), please do so separately.
If you only terminate your part of the lease, please notify us separately of any other residents moving out on the Resident Portal (Service requests - Submit a notice of moving out).
If you would prefer not to use the Resident Portal, you can instead submit a termination notice to Heka as an e-mail message, for example. When doing so, please send your e-mail message to the customer service department of your regional office.
Please make sure to include the following information in your message to ensure the smooth processing of your notice of termination:
- Use a clear e-mail subject line that includes the word ‘termination’.
- Indicate in the message itself that you want to terminate your lease agreement.
- Provide your address.
- Provide the end date of the agreement.
- Provide your name and contact information.
Make sure that you receive acknowledgement of receipt from the regional office for your notice of termination.
