Always terminate your housing-related agreements in writing.
Use the below form to cancel any parking space or sauna reservations. Submit the completed form to a Heka regional office by e-mail or in person.
If you would prefer not to use the termination form offered by Heka, you can instead submit a termination notice to Heka as an e-mail message, for example. When doing so, please send your e-mail message to the customer service department of your regional office.
Please make sure to include the following information in your message to ensure the smooth processing of your notice of termination:
- Use a clear e-mail subject line that includes the word ‘termination’.
- Indicate in the message itself that you want to terminate an agreement. Be sure to also specify the agreement that you wish to terminate (parking space agreement or sauna reservation).
- Provide your address.
- Provide the end date of the agreement.
- Provide your name and contact information.
Make sure that you receive acknowledgement of receipt from the regional office for your notice of termination.
