Submit a notice of a temporary relinquishment of your apartment no later than two months before the relinquishment. Please note that only the main tenant of the apartment can submit this notice. If your apartment has several main tenants, please provide each main tenant’s information.
Fill out the form carefully. Attach a written account, such as an employment agreement, of the reason for and the duration of your stay in another place. If you will be collecting rent from the temporary occupant, attach a copy of the subleasing agreement to this notice.
We will process your notice without delay and reply to you to let you know that the notice has been received and to verify whether the prerequisites for a temporary relinquishment are met. Permission may be denied if the lessor has a justified reason to oppose the relinquishment.
