You can now view the available parking spaces and sauna slots for your building and submit reservation requests via the Resident Portal. You can also cancel a parking space and sauna slot on the Resident Portal. 

How to reserve or cancel a parking space on the Resident Portal

Reserving a parking space

You can see the available parking spaces for your building on the Resident Portal under “Booking”.

  1. Click “Add new booking”.
  2. Choose booking a parking space. 
  3. Select the desired space from the list and select “Create a service request for booking”.
  4. The agreement based on a booking starts at the beginning of the following month at the earliest. If you want the agreement to start later, please enter the details in the additional information. In the additional information, you can also enter other details affecting your reservation, for example, if you have an electric car or a parking permit for disabled persons.
  5. Select “Send”.

If reserving the space is possible, Heka customer service will send you an agreement to sign. At the same time, you will receive more information about picking up any keys, remote controls or parking permits. Please wait to be contacted by the customer service before using the parking space. 

Terminating the parking space agreement

You can terminate your parking space agreement on the Resident Portal under “Booking”.

  1. Select your parking space to be terminated.
  2. Select “Terminate booking”.
  3. The period of notice is one month, i.e. the end date of the parking space agreement is the last day of the following calendar month. If you want the agreement to end later, please enter the details in the additional information.
  4. Select “Send”.

Reserving a sauna slot

You can see the available sauna slots for your building on the Resident Portal under “Booking”.

  1. Click “Add new booking”.
  2. Choose booking a sauna slot. 
  3. Select the desired slot from the list and select “Create a service request for booking”.
  4. You can start using the sauna slot at the beginning of the following month at the earliest. If you want the agreement to start later, please enter the details in the additional information. In the additional information, you can also enter other details affecting your booking, for example, if you are ready to reserve a sauna slot on another day or time.
  5. Select “Send”. 

If the sauna slot you requested is available, Heka customer service will send you an agreement to sign. At the same time, you will receive information about picking up any keys or access passes. Please wait to be contacted by the customer service before using the sauna slot. 

Heka only has weekly sauna slots. You can submit a request for several consecutive sauna slots on the same day. 

Terminating the sauna slot agreement

You can terminate your sauna slot agreement on the Resident Portal under “Booking”.

  1. Select your sauna slot to be terminated.
  2. Select “Terminate booking”.
  3. The period of notice is one month, i.e. the end date of the sauna slot agreement is the last day of the following calendar month. If you want the agreement to end later, please enter the details in the additional information.
  4. Select “Send”.

The Resident Portal allows you to take care of most housing-related matters with Heka. The Resident Portal can be accessed by all Heka residents of legal age entered in the register of occupants immediately after signing the lease agreement.

If you cannot use the Resident Portal, you can inquire about available parking spaces or sauna slots from Heka customer service. You can terminate your parking space or sauna slot in writing, for example, by delivering a termination form to our customer service.
