The latest issue of Heka’s tenant magazine Hima will be distributed to Heka homes at the beginning of June. In this second Hima issue of the year, you will find information on moving to a temporary residence, the effects of COVID-19 on living in a Heka apartment, and Heka’s measures to reduce emissions from housing. Inside the issue, you will also find the Kesäpuuhaa (Summer activities) extra, which features tips for excursions in your home region, sudokus, crossword puzzles and other enjoyable entertainment to brighten your summer days.

This time, Hima’s Kesäpuuhaa extra, which has become a tradition, offers tips for excursions in Helsinki: in addition to exciting nature and cultural destinations, the extra examines a few interesting Heka locations around the city. It will also feature the much requested sudokus, a crossword puzzle and other fun things.

You should also take part in Hima’s summer competition: name your own summer oasis in Helsinki to participate in a raffle for movie tickets.

Hima discusses moving temporarily and reducing emissions and introduces Heka’s Resident of the Year 2020

Hima’s cover features the Tzouvanis family, who found a new temporary home in Konala. The cover story tells readers everything they should know when moving to a temporary residence because of renovations.

The “Heka neighbourhoods” section travels to Pyhätunturintie in Mellunmäki, where a new impressive Heka location will soon be completed. The “Matter of fact” column on the centre spread reviews the measures with which Heka participates in the implementation of the Carbon-neutral Helsinki 2035 target.

The issue also introduces Heka’s Resident of the Year 2020, gives environmentally friendly tips for cleaning your home and provides current information on the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on Heka’s services.
