Heka already has over ten housing locations in Jätkäsaari. The latest location to be completed at the turn of the year is on Livornonkatu. The next three Heka locations will be completed during January–February 2021: 36 apartments in Lassila, a senior location in Etelä-Haaga, and a complex of apartment buildings and terraced houses in Ala-Malmi.
New year, new homes in Jätkäsaari
At the new location in Jätkäsaari, tenants get to start the new year in their new homes at the beginning of January. A total of 72 apartments on eight floors were completed at Livornonkatu 7 next to the Hyväntoivonpuisto park. The apartment sizes vary from one room to four rooms, with most of them having two rooms. All apartments have a glazed balcony.

Two new Heka housing locations will be completed in late January
There will be 36 new homes on Kaupinmäenpolku, Lassila. In this six-floor location, there are apartments with one to three rooms. It is located by excellent transport connections near Pohjois-Haaga railway station.
For its part, Etelä-Haaga will have a senior location with 50 apartments for tenants aged over 55 years. The apartments of the four-floor building at Isonnevankuja 1 are designed for the needs of older people. The location is close to Huopalahti railway station and opposite Riistavuori service centre.
The Ala-Malmi location has both apartment buildings and terraced houses
New tenants will move into the Heka location in Ala-Malmi in February. Four Heka buildings will be completed on Tullivuorentie with 67 apartments: 55 in apartment buildings and 12 in terraced houses. Apartment sizes vary from studios to ones with five rooms and a kitchen. There are only large apartments in the terraced houses. All apartments have a glazed balcony or terrace. The apartments on the first floor are fully accessible. The new location is close to the Ala-Malmi sports parks and approximately a kilometre away from the railway station. Smoking is banned in the location, like in all new locations.
Resident for these new properties have been selected last year.
The next Heka locations will be ready in late summer
Mellunmäki and Kruunuvuorenranta will have more than 200 new Heka apartments by the end of August. The application periods for these locations will be announced later.
