Application period for Jokipoikasenkaari 3 to start on 19 October

You can apply for an apartment by sending an application to the City of Helsinki. If you have a pending housing application, you can add the apartments of the new location to your application by editing the application during the application period.

The site contains a wide range of apartments from studio apartments to four-room family apartments in three stairwells. One-bedroom apartments and three-room apartments are the most common. The sizes of the apartments vary between 34 and 83.5 square metres.

The apartments are accessible and have a glazed balcony. A heated storage space is also allocated for each apartment. The floors of the apartments have been finished with easy-care vinyl planks.

The building has six floors and an attic floor with two shared saunas. Other shared facilities include the club facility, laundry room with drying room, storage spaces for prams, and storage spaces for sports equipment.

Jokipoikasenkaari 3 is located near the Tapanila station, where a grocery store and other local services are being planned. The possibilities for outdoor recreation are good, mostly along the Longinoja city brook.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartments, on the balconies, and in the shared facilities, such as the sauna and club facilities. Smoking is also prohibited in the yard, with the exception of any separate designated smoking areas.

In addition to the normal Heka apartments, the building contains a group of 20 apartments for persons with intellectual disabilities, rented to the City of Helsinki Social Services and Health Care Division.
