The application period for a new location to be completed in August is drawing near. 104 new Heka apartments will be available in Kruunuvuorenranta, Laajasalo. The sizes of the apartments vary from studio apartments to apartments with four rooms and a kitchen. One-bedroom apartments are the most common.
The application period for the new location at Haakoninlahdenkatu 5, currently being built in Kruunuvuorenranta in Laajasalo, is 27 April–10 May 2021. The building is estimated to be completed in late August.
Haakoninlahdenkatu is located on the doorstep of a beautiful environment suitable for outdoor activities, and the bus to Herttoniemi metro station stops almost by the buildings, on Koirasaarentie.
The property features one 4–6 storey building with five staircases. The majority of the apartments are on floors 3–6. The three lowest floors serve as ground floors. The apartments on those floors are at least half a storey above street level.
As is the case with all of Heka’s new locations, this location is smoke-free.

One third of the apartments in new properties will be reserved as exchange apartments for applicants already living in a Heka home. Applications for new locations, as with other Heka apartments, are submitted to the City of Helsinki's Rental Apartment Search service.
