Record number of new and renovated apartments

Estimated date of completion is based on information from January 2023. The completion dates may change.

All of the new and renovated locations to be completed are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, on the balconies and in the outdoor areas belonging to the apartment, as well as in shared facilities.

One third of new apartments are reserved as exchange apartments for those already living in Heka’s buildings.

Renovated buildings completed for Heka in 2023–2024

Heka will offer the residents of renovated buildings replacement apartments for the duration of the renovation. After the renovation, the resident may return to their previous home or stay in the replacement apartment permanently.
