Helsinki City Housing Company (Heka) is a company fully owned by the City of Helsinki. It owns and manages plots of land and residential buildings with rental housing either existing on those plots or built on those plots.
Heka is a non-profit company and does not pay dividends. Heka is in charge of the management of ARA rental housing funded with state subsidies in accordance with City of Helsinki corporate governance.
The premises of Helsinki City Housing Company are located at Viipurinkatu 2, Helsinki. There is no customer service provision at our Viipurinkatu head office.
