Heka apartments are allocated by the City of Helsinki’s housing services. Heka does not process matters related to applications for apartments. The City of Helsinki website provides you with the information you need and instructions for applying for an apartment.
Heka customer service points are open without an appointment 9–12 on Tuesdays – at other times by appointment only. A customer service appointment should be booked in situations in which visiting the office is necessary for taking care of matters. You can book an appointment by sending an email or calling the regional office’s customer service point.
In most situations, the easiest way to take care of matters is through the Resident Portal.
Our telephone service is open as follows:
- Monday–Friday at 9–15
- the first and last weekday of the month at 9–16.
Call charges to customer service: 0,0835 €/call + 0,1669 €/min. Queuing is chargeable.
