Helsinki City Housing Company (Heka) has five regional offices and a head office located on Viipurinkatu. The previous regional companies were merged with Helsinki City Housing Company on 31 December 2019.
The head office controls the operations of the regional offices and is in charge of the management and planning of the capital assets of the rental buildings of the Housing Finance and Development Centre of Finland (ARA). Regional offices are in charge of the building management, maintenance and resident services of the buildings.
