Heka also rents apartments for short periods of time for justified reasons, such as work assignments or a pipe renovation project at the applicant’s regular residence. Residents are selected based on the critical nature of their need for housing, and applications are processed in the order of arrival.
Please note that when renting a short-term apartment, the fixed-term lease cannot be continued after the initial lease period even if the tenant’s need for housing continues.

Temporary housing is not rented to Heka residents, because Heka will arrange for temporary housing for its own residents in the event of renovations, for example.
